We provide a breadth of services aimed to not only increase independence but improve overall wellbeing when living with a vision impairment. We provide emotional support, social groups and information and guidance.
Vision Support Telephone Befriending Service is delivered by friendly volunteers who will call you once a week (or less frequently if desired) at a mutually agreed time and day to check in and have a chat.
Vision Support understand how isolating living with a vision impairment can be due to reduced confidence and mobility. Our home visitor service is here to provide companionship on a regular basis.
Our social groups meet once a month at a local venue. Our groups are delivered by friendly volunteers and provide opportunities to meet other people living with a vision impairment in your local area whilst also taking part in trips and activities.
Conwy Minds aim is to support better mental health and wellbeing to people across Conwy County. To do this they provide a range of free services across their Community Hub and their Talking Therapies Hub
