Feeling anxious can be challenging but a natural reaction to some situations. It can make us feel shaky, short of breath, and can cause changes in our behaviour . Keep a diary

This may help you to understand your thoughts and can identify what triggers your anxiety and what you can action on.

Adopting a different perspective

Sometimes it can help if we think about a situation or a problem for an outsiders point of view.

Thinking time

It can help to set aside some time to give yourself some headspace to reflect and think. This dedicated time can help you identify and resolve issues rather than you carrying worries with you throughout the day/night.
