Self Care Week 2013 will take place from 18th – 24th November.  This year’s theme is ‘Self Care for Life – Take Control’.

Vision Support will have an information stall at the event
arranged for Self Care Week on Tuesday 19th November,
between 10am-2pm at the Ellesmere Port Civic Centre.

The event is to promote people taking control of their health and improve well-being.
